We want you and your pet to be happy with every order.

If something isn't right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email us at [your email] with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you instructions on how to send the item back.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us right away and we'll make it right at no extra cost to you.
